Mô tả công việc
1. Sales Administration & Coordination
- Coordinate and support the daily activities of Sales & Marketing Department
- Prepare, send and follow up on contracts, appendices, liquidations ensuring tenants complete signatures and company seals
- Prepare documents list for management approval, attaching all necessary supporting evidence
- Prepare sales kits, brochures and gifts for sales call. Documents and administrative works for department
- Approach and negotiate with target clients to secure bookings and corporate partnerships
- Follow up on all leads, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours
2. Guest Management & Service
- Maintain and regularly update the guest list including long term, midterm and short term residents, as well as monthly extensions
- Follow up guest extensions, check - outs and contract renewals
- Handle all guest enquiries via telephone, email and direct visits; introduce services and provide professional consultation
3. Finance & Payment Coordination
- Work closely with Accounting to issue invoices, check deposits, process refunds and manage payment methods
- Support in reminding and following up with guest to settle any pending payment
4. Marketing & Promotion
- Be in charge of content for website, social media platforms and other channels
- Support marketing and PR initiatives including campaigns, promotions and special events
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, ......) to ensure brand constancy

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good command of English; Korean is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
