Bar Supervisor

• Lead the bar pre-opening, including operational setup, equipment preparation, beverage menu development, SOP implementation, and opening inventory.
• Recruit, train, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high-quality beverages, efficient service, cleanliness, and a memorable guest experience.
• Manage beverage inventory, control costs, minimize wastage, and ensure accurate stock management.
• Develop signature cocktails and beverage promotions to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), hygiene, responsible alcohol service, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Restaurant, Kitchen, Banquet, and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 3 years of bar experience, including supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Pre-opening experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of beverages, inventory management, and cost control.
• Good English communication and computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office).
