Golf Director of Sale and Marketing

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. Sales

• Organize, manage, and develop all golf service business activities: membership cards, tournaments, agencies, and partnerships.

• Build, allocate, and control monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the team.

• Implement solutions to boost revenue, optimize business efficiency, and increase profits.

1.2. Marketing & Communications

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for golf services (online & offline).

• Plan and manage communication campaigns to promote the golf brand and products in each phase.

• Manage the marketing channel system: Digital (website, social media, email marketing), press releases, and specialized golf media.

• Develop content, images, and videos to enhance brand awareness and attract target customers.

• Collaborate with media partners, Golf Media, and KOLs/Influencers to enhance promotional effectiveness.

• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies.

• Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effectiveness and alignment with strategic direction.

1.3. Market Research & Product Development

• Research and analyze the market, customer trends, competitors, and pricing policies.

• Propose business and marketing strategies suitable for each customer segment (Membership, corporate, inbound and outbound customers, etc.).

• Develop new golf products, service packages, membership programs, and resort-golf combos.

1.4. Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop long-term business and marketing strategies, expanding domestic and international markets.

• Position, manage, and enhance the company's golf brand image.

• Establish a unified brand identity system and communication standards.

1.5. Partnerships & Communications

• Seek, establish, and develop a network of strategic partners, sponsors, golf agents, and travel companies.

• Represent the company in dealings with regulatory agencies, international partners, media, and press.

• Lead and organize events: golf tournaments, press conferences, product launches, fam trips, roadshows, etc.

1.6. Operations & Team Management

• Develop processes, regulations, and policies for golf business and marketing operations.

• Manage, train, and develop the Sales & Marketing team.

• Plan resources (personnel, budget, tools) to ensure the achievement of set goals.

• Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with customers and partners.

• Daily shuttle bus ( 2 ways) from Hanoi to Golf course

• Performance-based bonuses.

• Professional working environment and opportunities for development within the high-end Golf & Resort ecosystem.

• Having at least 7 years of experience in the Golf industry; at least 3 years in a similar position.

• In-depth understanding of Sales & Marketing in the high-end service industry, especially Golf.

• Experience more in hospitality is a priority.

• Experience in building brand strategies, Digital Marketing, and integrated communications.

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
