Golf Marketing Manager

Sky Lake Resort & Golf Club is a premier golf and leisure destination located just 30 km from downtown Hanoi. The property features two world-class 18-hole courses set amidst stunning natural landscapes, alongside Wyndham Sky Lake Resort & Villas. Guests can enjoy a complete lifestyle experience, combining championship golf with upscale accommodation, wellness facilities, and premium resort services. Renowned for its challenging design and tranquil surroundings, the Golf Club delivers exceptional hospitality and is gaining strong international recognition.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Golf Marketing Manager to lead our marketing communications efforts, enhance brand visibility, and drive golf traffic across both domestic and international markets.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Golf Marketing Communications (60% — Top Priority)

- Plan promotions and content to drive weekday round conversion, and manage related external communications

- Operate dual channels targeting Korean inbound (golf tour operators, golf trade media) and Vietnamese domestic golfers

- Storytelling around course condition, green speed, and maintenance (turning GCM performance into PR assets)

- Maximize pre- and post-event exposure for tournaments, pro-ams, and corporate group rounds

- Manage content on the golf division's official Facebook, Instagram, and other channels

B. Media, Reputation & Crisis Management (20%)

- Distribute press releases, handle golf/travel/real-estate media, and run media rounds

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media sentiment

- Maintain positive relations with the local community, local government, and tourism authorities, and promote CSR activities

C. Resort & Villa Support (20%)

- Support communications for resort accommodation, F&B, weddings, and MICE promotions

- Ensure consistency of tone and manner across dual-brand (golf/resort) channels

-Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.

- Having at least 3 years of experience in the Golf industry.

- Experience more in hospitality is a priority.

- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
