Guest Relation Officer (Japanese Speaking)

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate airport transfers and VIP guest arrangements.
• Prepare guest arrivals, inspect rooms, and ensure rooms are ready.
• Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage room allocation, reservations, occupancy, and guest profiles.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, promotions, and services.
• Perform cashier duties and maintain guest valuables when required.
• Deliver personalized service, encourage positive guest reviews, and maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
• Complete shift handovers and follow hotel policies, grooming, and service standards.

• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above is required), basic English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
