Mô tả công việc
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Operate the hotel telephone system, process wake-up calls, and transfer calls accurately.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Process room service orders and POS transactions when required.
- Follow up with guests to ensure requests are completed satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and service recovery actions.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized service in accordance with Marriott standards.
- Comply with hotel policies, safety procedures, grooming standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Support teamwork and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management.
- Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position. Experience in hotel or resort operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of C&B and labor compliance
- Good communication, and problem-solving skills
- Have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- Communication in English
- Marriott Background and International Hotel Group Experience prefered.
