C&B Officer

Payroll Administration

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review attendance, leave records, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely salary payments.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Administer employee benefits in accordance with company policies.
• Support the implementation and communication of compensation and benefit programs.
• Handle employees' inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Social Insurance

• Process social insurance registration, deregistration, and employee information updates.
• Handle social insurance claims (sickness, maternity, occupational accidents, and other statutory benefits).
• Reconcile insurance data with relevant authorities and resolve discrepancies.

Personal Income Tax (PIT)

• Register tax codes and dependent information for employees.
• Assist employees with PIT-related inquiries and documentation.

• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately.
• Prepare labor contracts, renewals, confirmations, and related HR documents.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports.

Employee Relations

• Support communication of HR policies and company guidelines.
• Assist in resolving employee queries and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and HR events.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal rules, and audit requirements.
• Update HR documents and support inspections or audits when needed.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in HR; hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and basic HR procedures.
• Good communication skills and service mindset.
• Experience with Smile HRM software is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; English communication is a plus.
• Organized, responsible, discreet, and team-oriented.
