Conducting Inspections: Perform daily checks on personal, environmental, and food hygiene conditions to spot risks.
Maintaining Records: Complete hygiene sign-off sheets, log audit findings, and report equipment defects or hazards.
Enforcing Compliance: Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals under safety guidelines like COSHH.
Training Staff: Coach team members and deliver basic food safety or hygiene instructions to new hires and handlers.

- 1 - 2 years related experience on Storekeeper at Hotels or Resorts
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational skills
