INCOME EXECUTIVE (KẾ TOÁN DOANH THU)

• Kiểm tra, đối chiếu và hạch toán toàn bộ doanh thu phát sinh từ các bộ phận kinh doanh như Phòng, Nhà hàng, Tiệc (Banquet), Hội nghị (MICE) và các dịch vụ khác, đảm bảo doanh thu được ghi nhận đầy đủ, chính xác và đúng kỳ kế toán. / Verify, reconcile, and record all revenue generated from Rooms, Restaurants, Banquets, MICE, and other operating departments, ensuring revenue is recognized completely, accurately, and in the correct accounting period.

• Đối chiếu dữ liệu giữa hệ thống PMS, POS, ngân hàng và phần mềm kế toán; kiểm tra các giao dịch bất thường, hóa đơn điều chỉnh, hủy hoặc hoàn tiền và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý kịp thời. / Reconcile data between the PMS, POS, banking records, and accounting system; review unusual transactions, invoice adjustments, cancellations, and refunds, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Thực hiện quy trình Income Audit hằng ngày, rà soát doanh thu, phương thức thanh toán, chiết khấu, miễn giảm và các chương trình khuyến mãi nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ chính sách của khách sạn và hạn chế thất thoát doanh thu. / Perform daily Income Audit procedures by reviewing revenue, payment methods, discounts, complimentary transactions, and promotional programs to ensure compliance with hotel policies and minimize revenue leakage.

• Lập các báo cáo doanh thu hằng ngày, hằng tuần và hằng tháng; phân tích biến động doanh thu theo từng nguồn kinh doanh và cung cấp số liệu phục vụ công tác quản trị, dự báo và lập ngân sách. / Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports; analyze revenue performance by business segment and provide accurate financial data to support management decisions, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Kiểm soát việc phát hành hóa đơn, lưu trữ chứng từ doanh thu và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về kế toán, thuế, kiểm soát nội bộ cũng như tiêu chuẩn vận hành của khách sạn. / Control invoice issuance, maintain proper revenue documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and hotel operating procedures.

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận Tiền sảnh, Nhà hàng, Sales, Reservations, Banquet và Tài chính để tăng cường kiểm soát doanh thu, hỗ trợ kiểm toán nội bộ/độc lập và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý doanh thu. / Collaborate with Front Office, Restaurant, Sales, Reservations, Banquet, and Finance teams to strengthen revenue controls, support internal and external audits, and recommend initiatives to improve revenue management efficiency.

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.

     Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

• Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kế toán Doanh thu (Income Executive/Income Auditor) hoặc vị trí tương đương trong khách sạn hoặc khu nghỉ dưỡng từ 4–5 sao; kinh nghiệm giai đoạn tiền khai trương (pre-opening) là một lợi thế.

     Minimum 2 years of experience as an Income Executive, Income Auditor, or in a similar position within a 4–5-star hotel or resort; pre-opening experience is an advantage.

• Am hiểu quy trình kiểm soát doanh thu, Night Audit/Income Audit, hệ thống PMS, POS và các nguyên tắc kế toán, thuế liên quan đến hoạt động khách sạn.

     Strong knowledge of revenue control procedures, Night Audit/Income Audit, PMS and POS systems, as well as accounting principles and tax regulations applicable to hotel operations.

• Thành thạo Microsoft Excel và các phần mềm kế toán; có khả năng phân tích số liệu, phát hiện sai lệch và xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến doanh thu một cách chính xác, kịp thời.

     Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve revenue-related issues accurately and promptly.

• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, chịu áp lực cao, chú trọng đến chi tiết; trung thực, bảo mật thông tin và có tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc.

     Ability to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail; demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a high sense of responsibility.
