Wellness Integration Specialist

Coordinate and deliver holistic wellness programs including fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, and recovery treatments.

Assist in developing integrated wellness journeys tailored to guest needs and wellness goals.

Support the implementation of wellness retreats, workshops, and special wellness events.

Ensure consistency in wellness service delivery across all touchpoints.

Guest Experience Management

Conduct wellness consultations and needs assessments for guests.

Recommend suitable treatments, therapies, wellness activities, and packages.

Monitor guest progress and satisfaction throughout wellness programs.

Foster exceptional guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.

Cross-Functional Integration

Collaborate with spa therapists, fitness trainers, and wellness practitioners to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Recreation, and Food & Beverage teams regarding wellness-related services.

Facilitate communication between departments to support personalized guest experiences.

Wellness Product & Service Development

Assist in developing new wellness services, signature treatments, and wellness packages.

Evaluate industry trends and recommend innovative wellness offerings.

Support the implementation of evidence-based wellness practices and holistic therapies.

Operational Support

Coordinate wellness schedules, appointments, and program logistics.

Ensure wellness facilities and treatment offerings meet operational and quality standards.

Maintain accurate guest wellness records while ensuring confidentiality.

Support inventory management related to wellness products and supplies.

Quality Assurance & Standards

Monitor service quality and guest feedback.

Support compliance with spa, wellness, health, and safety regulations.

Assist in maintaining luxury hospitality and wellness service standards.

Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Wellness Promotion

Educate guests on wellness practices and healthy lifestyle choices.

Deliver wellness orientations and informational sessions.

Support marketing initiatives and wellness campaigns.

Promote wellness services through guest engagement activities.

• Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Wellness Management, Hospitality Management, Health Sciences, Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Holistic Health, or a related field.

Experience

2-5 years of experience within luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or wellness resort environments.

Experience in guest-facing wellness consultation preferred.

Familiarity with integrated wellness programs and spa operations.
