Mô tả công việc

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily and seasonal sports and recreation activities.
• Coordinate team members within the department to ensure activities are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with resort policies and applicable regulations.
• Welcome guests and provide information about sports and recreational programs.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints related to recreational activities.
• Organize and lead games, events, and group activities when required.
• Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and proper storage of sports and recreation equipment.
• Promptly report damages, malfunctions, or safety concerns and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Train and coach new team members on activity facilitation, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
• Foster teamwork and support continuous performance improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational activities and guest participation.
• Monitor departmental budgets and recommend purchases of equipment and supplies as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma, College Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Physical Education, Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in organizing recreational and sports activities within hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or similar environments.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent event organization and entertainment facilitation skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to sports and recreational activities.
• Energetic, creative, and passionate about community engagement and guest interaction.
• Good physical health and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure.
