Mô tả công việc
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the hotel's products, including rooms, rates, services, F&B outlets, Spa, and other facilities, while staying up to date with sales initiatives and promotional offers.
- Monitor and control pricing strategies, room reservations, and inventory to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Organize and oversee the efficient operation of the Reservations Department, including workflows, procedures, and reservation systems (PMS/configuration).
- Prepare and analyze reports and forecasts (weekly and rolling three-month forecasts) to support Revenue Management activities.
- Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimize sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with the hotel's policies, standard operating procedures, as well as health, safety, and security standards.
- Participate in training sessions, regular meetings, and provide presentations or operational support when required.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment, and carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reservations, Revenue Management, or Front Office operations.
- Previous experience in a Supervisor or Manager role is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS), inventory control, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of revenue management principles.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
