Human Resources Manager

• Directs the implementation and monitors the execution of HR policies, regulations, and procedures across the organization.
• Reviews and proposes adjustments/additions to compensation, benefits, and reward policies to align with the actual situation.
• Oversees the implementation of HR policies, regulations, and procedures across the organization.

• Develops evaluation and organizational development tools (job mapping, job description system, competency framework, KPIs).
• Establishes HR standards and staffing guidelines.
• Monitors the organizational development initiatives.

• Plans, organizes the implementation, and controls the results of HR projects (as per the company's projects or ad-hoc requests from the leadership).
• Regularly researches and updates labor market information and reviews the actual situation to make appropriate proposals.
• Researches solutions for organizational development, improving labor productivity, optimizing resources, and reducing HR costs.
• Participates in the organization and implementation of HR projects as required by the leadership.

Annual Leave: 12 days of paid annual leave per year (plus additional days based on seniority).

Public Holidays: 11 paid public holidays per year as per government regulations. Overtime pay applies if working during holidays.

Salary & Service Charge: Competitive base salary plus monthly Service Charge (once operational).

• Minimum 2-3 year-experience in the Human Resources Manager;
• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related major;
• Demonstrated skills in supervising a team, progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance;
• Excellent verbal and written in English;
• Proactive, hospitality oriented, excellent communication; skilled in handling situations, under high pressure;
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time;
• Vietnamese under local contract.
