Mô tả công việc

1. To ensure the Hotel’s inventories are properly safeguarded and protected against any kind of loss.

2. To ensure that all stock movements are accounted for and follow Hotel policy.

3. Ensures all merchandise are stored under optimal conditions and are ready for issuing.

4. Ensures that all storage areas are clean and maintains high hygienic standards.

5. Verifies quantities of arriving materials destined for storeroom, signs for same on receiving stamp

6. Maintains merchandises bin labels identifying lack item’s code, number, name, issue unit and minimum and maximum stock levels.

7. Ensures that all issues from stores are made against properly completed, ruled off/approved storeroom requisitions, all code numbers are clearly indicated next to each item being issued, signs the “issued by” portion of the requisition

8. Records consecutive numbers on all storeroom requisitions before giving the copy of the requisitions to the person accepting the goods, logs each requisition in the storeroom logbook and forwards completed requisition to General Accountant.

9. Verifies the list of items at re-order point against physical quantities before submitting the list to the General Accountant.
