Mô tả công việc

- Lead, brief, and deploy Security Officers at key posts during assigned shifts.

- Inspect team members regarding grooming, uniform standards, punctuality, and equipment readiness.

- Provide continuous guidance, training, and performance feedback to junior security personnel.

- Conduct regular patrols across all hotel premises, including public areas, guest floors, heart-of-house areas, parking facilities, and perimeter zones.

- Enforce strict access control for contractors, visitors, suppliers, and staff.

- Oversee the movement of property and merchandise in/out of the hotel using authorized Gate Passes.

- Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment (extinguishers, hose reels, alarm systems, emergency exits, and lighting).

- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and Accor's hygiene and safety guidelines.

- Assist in organizing and participating in regular fire drills, evacuation procedures, and emergency response training.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory security role within a 4/5-star hotel, resort, or international corporate environment.
