Proven leadership experience in resorts, lifestyle hotels or beach clubs
Strong knowledge of budgets, profitability, F&B costs, average spend and capture ratios
The ability to inspire and energise large multicultural teams
A strong understanding of entertainment, recreation, events and atmosphere
A passion for creating experiences that guests remember
