This role offers the opportunity to lead Rooms operations, develop talented teams and elevate the guest experience across our growing hospitality estate.

A strong and experienced Rooms Division leader
Proven expertise in Front Office, Housekeeping and guest experience
A calm, hands-on and highly respected people leader
Strong English communication skills
A Vietnamese national with a strong understanding of local culture
An ambitious hotelier ready for genuine career progression
