Executive Housekeeper - Quản lý Bộ phận Buồng phòng

• Supervise guestrooms, public areas, linen, laundry and related Housekeeping activities.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and service standards are consistently maintained in line with IHG & Holiday Inn standards.

• Conduct regular room and public area inspections and follow up on corrective actions.

• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, briefings and task allocation to ensure operational efficiency.

• Train, coach and motivate Housekeeping colleagues to deliver high service standards.

• Monitor guest requests and complaints related to Housekeeping and ensure timely resolution.

• Support pre-opening activities, including team training, SOP implementation, room setup and operational readiness.

     Daily shuttle bus provided between Da Nang City Centre and the resort.

• Hỗ trợ chỗ ở cho nhân viên ở xa.

     Accommodation is provided for employees who live far from the resort.

• Minimum 5–7 years of Housekeeping experience in an international hotel/resort.

• Previous Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred.

• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

• Good command of English.

• Hospitality degree/diploma or relevant qualification.
