Duty Engineer - Kỹ sư Trực ca

• Carry out routine inspections and ensure smooth operation of MEP systems and hotel facilities.

• Respond promptly to technical breakdowns, maintenance requests and emergency situations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as assigned.

• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance issues and guest requests in a timely manner.

• Record and report equipment status, incidents and maintenance activities during each shift.

• Ensure compliance with IHG standards, safety procedures and local regulations.

• Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment and Engineering facilities.

• Support the Engineering team in pre-opening activities, testing and operational readiness.

• Minimum 2–3 years of Engineering experience in an international hotel/resort.

• Experience in a similar Duty Engineer role is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MEP systems and hotel equipment.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work shift duties, including night shifts.

• Technical diploma/degree or relevant qualification.

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
