2. Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions.

3. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

4. Monitor guest arrivals and departures, anticipate guest needs, and provide personalized service when appropriate.

Theo dõi khách đến và đi, chủ động dự đoán nhu cầu của khách và cung cấp dịch vụ cá nhân hóa khi cần thiết.

5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and effective problem resolution.

6. Maintain lobby presence, ensure cleanliness and assist guests in public areas when required.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
