Asst. Chief Concierge

• Receive, process, and respond to guest requests related to accommodation and other hotel services.

• Provide local information such as maps, events, tourist attractions, and tour programs.

• Advise guests on hotel services such as F&B, Spa, and Gym.

• Arrange and coordinate transportation for guests from the hotel to sightseeing spots or other requested destinations, including contacting taxi companies or car rental services.

• Assist guests in booking tickets and transportation when needed.

• Receive and handle mail and parcels delivered to the hotel.

• Manage the borrowing/rental of hotel equipment by guests.

• Record guest feedback and forward it to the relevant departments for resolution.

• Handle guest complaints within authority and report to superiors.

• Coordinate with the Bellman, Doorman, and transportation team leader.

• Collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure service efficiency.

• Prepare required work reports and participate in related meetings.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Two-month probation period with full salary

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation, restaurants, and tourism services.

• Ability to handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
