Concierge Supervisor

- Supervise daily Concierge operations, ensuring prompt, accurate and professional guest assistance.

- Support the Concierge and Bell teams in handling luggage, transportation arrangements, guest guidance and special requests.

- Personally attend to VIP guests and guests with special needs to ensure exceptional service.

- Provide recommendations for restaurants, attractions and activities, and make reservations upon request.

- Train new staff on Concierge procedures, communication skills and service standards.

- Supervise shift duties, monitor performance and coordinate staffing during shifts.

- Act as the liaison between Concierge, Front Office, Security, Transportation and other departments.

- Handle guest complaints and issues related to Concierge services.

- Maintain a tidy, clean and brand-standard lobby environment.

- Monitor and manage Concierge documents, equipment and department assets.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Concierge or Front Office Management.

- Two-month probation period with full salary

- Two days off per week

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation, restaurants, and tourism services.

• Ability to handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
