Spa Manager

• Ensure the training of the spa staff to meet and exceed standards. Ability to work with learning manager and designated trainers to achieve the best possible learning environments for the team.

• The ability to maintain operating criteria/spa concepts and responsible or the coordination and scheduling of all spa related service in relation to consistency with policies, company, philosophy and objective for the Spa.

• The ability to interview and select job applicants as well as effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluation for spa employees

• The ability to participate in regular staff meetings to keep employee informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sale and service

• The ability to communicate with other departments to ensure a supporting a supporting teams of professional

• The ability to communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management

• The ability to convey clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relations that attain a high level of effective employee morale

• The ability to develop and enhance programs and policies to ensure employers of choice and retention of high performer and high potential employees

- Two-month probation period with full salary

1. Qualifications & Experience

- College/ University degree in Business Administration, Service Management, Beauty, Spa & Aesthetics, or related fields.

- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Vietnamese is an advantage

- At least 2 years of experience in a management position at a spa, beauty clinic, or wellness/healthcare center.

- Candidates with experience in high-end hotel/resort spa environments are preferred.

2. Knowledge & Skills/ Kiến thức & Kỹ năng

- Good understanding of spa services and treatments, including skincare, body care, massage, ETC.

- Knowledge of cosmetics, beauty products, and beauty technologies is an advantage.

- Strong skills in staff management, training, and team development.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Proficient in office software, especially Excel and spa management systems.
