- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, conducting inspections to ensure quality.
- Inventory and supply management, including ordering, monitoring usage, and implementing cost-effective practices.
- Training and development of housekeeping employees through coaching, performance assessments, and ongoing feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest complaints, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in Hotel 5 stars or international brands.
- Fluent English. A second language considered an advantage (depending on hotel location).
- Management skills
- Details and High sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
