Laundry Manager

- Maintain the smooth and efficient running of the department according to Hyatt’s brand and operational standards.

- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory control of laundry equipment, supplies, and chemicals.

- Monitor productivity, cost control, and overall laundry quality to meet both financial and guest satisfaction goals.

- Conduct daily briefings, manage scheduling, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

- Implement training, performance reviews, and career development for laundry team members.

- Support sustainability and innovation by adopting new technology and efficient work processes.

- Ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards are strictly followed.

• 3-5 years of experience in a 4–5 stars hotel environment, with previous Laundry Manager experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of PMS/Opera is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• Professional, service-oriented attitude aligned with hotel standards.
