Director of Security

For caring for overseeing and managing all security and safety operations, protecting the hotel's property, guests, and employees. This includes planning, implementing protective measures, risk prevention, and training staff on safety protocols.

• Develop and implement security and safety policies, procedures, and programs for the hotel.

• Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring their duties are performed effectively and according to company policies.

• Ensure all security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, door locks) is functioning properly and undergoes regular maintenance.

• Conduct regular security inspections, assess potential risks, and propose preventive measures to minimize risks.

• Ensure fire safety, evacuation procedures, and emergency response measures are in place and effective.

• Train staff on safety protocols, accident prevention, and how to respond to emergency situations.

• Coordinate with external authorities (police, fire department, medical services) when necessary.

• Handle security and safety emergencies, including evacuation or incident response coordination.

• Provide regular updates and reports on the security and safety status of the hotel to management.
