Mô tả công việc
- Supervise daily operations of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure smooth functioning.
- Support in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and fire protection standards.
- Handle technical issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Assist in preparing budgets, technical reports, and cost control measures.
- Coach, mentor, and train Engineering team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to support seamless hotel operations.
- Act as Acting Director of Engineering in the absence of the Department Head.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of hotel/resort engineering experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/assistant manager role.
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel facilities management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
