Mô tả công việc

- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and engineering work orders

- Monitor work progress and follow up on maintenance requests

- Maintain engineering records, reports, and documentation

- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates

- Support communication between Engineering and other departments

- Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance activities

- Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure proper filing and tracking of departmental documents

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).

- At least 2 years of hotel/resort engineering experience, including 1 years in a Engineering Coordinator role.

- Strong technical knowledge of hotel facilities management.

- Good command of English (written & spoken) is an advantage

- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
