Their responsibilities typically include:
- Managing engineering staff and coordinating daily maintenance/operator tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to maintain guest comfort.
- Developing preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costs.
- Collaborating with other departments to support hotel operations

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-3 years of hotel/resort engineering experience, including 1+ years in a Duty Engineer role.
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel facilities management.
- Good command of English (written & spoken) is an advantage
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
