Engineering Supervisor

- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) programs; promptly troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related technical issues. / Lập, triển khai và theo dõi kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ (PM) và bảo trì phòng ngừa; xử lý nhanh các sự cố kỹ thuật liên quan đến hệ thống điều hòa.

- Monitor and analyze energy consumption; propose solutions to optimize operations and reduce energy costs. / Theo dõi, phân tích tiêu thụ năng lượng; đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa vận hành và tiết kiệm chi phí điện năng.

- Assign tasks, supervise, and support technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and in accordance with standards and timelines. / Phân công công việc, giám sát và hỗ trợ đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên; đảm bảo công việc được thực hiện đúng tiêu chuẩn và tiến độ.

- Control spare parts, tools, and equipment conditions; recommend repairs or replacements when necessary. / Kiểm soát vật tư, công cụ dụng cụ và tình trạng thiết bị; đề xuất sửa chữa, thay thế khi cần thiết.

- Supervise contractors performing HVAC-related works, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations. / Giám sát nhà thầu thi công/bảo trì hệ thống HVAC, đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn khách sạn và quy định an toàn.

- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire prevention (PCCC), and maintain a clean and organized work environment. / Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, PCCC; duy trì khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng.

- Coordinate with other departments to support operations and ensure service quality. / Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để hỗ trợ vận hành và đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ.
