L&D Supervisor

- Conduct orientation programs and mandatory training for new employees.

- Identify training needs through performance reviews, operational requirements, and management feedback.

- Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external training programs.

- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain all training records, reports, and compliance documentation.

- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and participating in selection processes.

- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.

- Collaborate with department heads to build talent development and succession planning programs.

- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and legal requirements related to training and workforce development.

- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Director, General Manager, or Management Team.

1. Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a L&D Supervisor or in a similar role

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
