Swandor Hotels & Resorts Cam Ranh, a 5-star beachfront resort, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Staff to join our Human Resources team. If you enjoy variety, love working with people, and take pride in keeping things organized behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Employee & Foreign Staff Support

-Handle procedures for foreign employees: work permits, visa/temporary residence card applications and renewals, driving license conversion

-Assist expat staff with bank account and ATM card openings

-Handle VNeID electronic identification procedures for individuals

Compliance & Documentation

-Track and ensure timely renewal of company licenses and certifications

Administration & Facilities

-To be discussed in details at the interview

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in related field

-Prior experience in an HR/Admin role; hospitality experience is a plus

-Good command of English (both written and verbal) to support foreign staff

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

-Good communication and interpersonal skills; a proactive, service-minded attitude

-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
