Mô tả công việc
· Coordinate with T&C manager on the recruitment all level employee based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
· Prepare and issue contracts to all new employees
· Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
· Conduct recruitment and exit interviews for Rank & File employees
· Manage resignation and clearance procedures
· Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with recruitment agencies / sources
Talent & Culture Branding
· Manage Talent & Culture Department’s social media pages, create the staff activity and recruitment content
· Create, design and implement staff event along with the team

Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

- Good communication skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
