- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; monitor for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards
- Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
- Assist in monthly roster and attendance record; payroll closure; insurance; HR reports.

Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
