Director or Rooms/Room Division Manager

• Lead and oversee all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping and related guest services.

• Ensure exceptional guest experience and consistently high service standards in line with IHG & Holiday Inn standards.

• Drive operational efficiency, room revenue, guest satisfaction and departmental performance.

• Lead, coach and develop Rooms Division teams to achieve business and service objectives.

• Monitor room operations, service quality, guest feedback and operational standards.

• Work closely with Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and other departments to optimize hotel performance.

• Manage departmental budgets, manpower planning and operating costs effectively.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, IHG standards, health & safety requirements and local regulations.

• Play a key role in pre-opening activities, including team building, SOP implementation, training and operational readiness.

• Minimum 7–10 years of Rooms Division experience in international hotels/resorts.

• Previous experience as Director of Rooms / Rooms Division Manager is preferred.

• Strong leadership and proven experience managing multi-functional Rooms teams.

• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping and hotel operations.

• Excellent guest service, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong commercial and financial awareness.

• Excellent command of English.

• Pre-opening and resort experience is highly preferred.
