Mô tả công việc
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring effective HR services and alignment with the hotel’s business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with hotel standards and operational requirements.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and employee engagement activities.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, social insurance, and other employee-related administration.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, social insurance regulations, hotel policies, and all applicable legal requirements.
- Advise and support Department Heads on HR matters, employee performance, disciplinary procedures, and workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the HR team while promoting a positive, professional, and engaging workplace culture.
- Monitor HR metrics, manpower costs, turnover, recruitment status, and employee feedback to identify trends and implement effective action plans.
- Coordinate employee recognition, welfare, engagement, and internal communication programs to strengthen employee experience and retention.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, budgets, and other HR-related reports for the General Manager and Management Team.
- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the General Manager or Management Team.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, social insurance, and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in employee engagement, culture building, and talent development is an advantage.
