Senior IT Supervisor

- Troubleshoots and provides technical support.

- Trains managers and staff on use of hotel applications.

- Troubleshoots common problems and works with the corporate helpdesk and infrastructure teams to resolve IT issues.

- Schedules and shares timing/impact of changes with appropriate hotel staff.

- Maintains hotel user accounts in Opera, Sun, POS, MC, Connect, Rezidor, and other hotel applications.

- Maintains availability and security of networks throughout the hotel.

- Monitors wireless network for hotel guests and employees.

- Keeps networks compliant with corporate guidelines.

- Maintains network security.

- Stays current on technical updates and changes to hotel utilized applications.

- Attends training and certification updates to hotel applications.

- Reviews updates provided by software and hardware vendors.

- Relays important information and timing of new releases, system repairs, and downtime.

- Work with venders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Periodically submit requests for proposals (RFP) to new and existing vendors for IT-related supplies and services.

- Two-month probation period with full salary

- Proficient in English.

- Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)

- Great communication skills

- A team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
