Mô tả công việc
- Ensure that the hotel’s IT systems, including both hardware and software, are properly managed, maintained, and operated with reliable stability.
- Ensure that incident handling procedures are in place so that any hardware or software issues are promptly addressed.
- Ensure the security and privacy of all network and computer systems
- Install and configure computer hardware, network systems, operating systems, and related software.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users while strictly adhering to IT procedures. Maintain logs of incidents and the corresponding resolutions.
- Monitor the inventory of computers and network equipment, and arrange procurement when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

• Minimum 1 year-experience in similar position;
• Degree in Business in Information Technology or related major;
• Proactive, hospitality oriented, excellent communication; skilled in handling situations, under high pressure;
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time;
