Purchasing Manager

• Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and compliance

• Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

• Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports on spending, cost savings, and supplier performance.

• Manage supplier contracts and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.

• Supervise, train, and mentor purchasing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of assignments.

• Promote teamwork and collaboration within the purchasing department and with other hotel departments.

• Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

- Two-month probation period with full salary

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within 4-5 star hotels or resorts.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for reporting and communicating within an international corporate environment.

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and hotel management systems (e.g., SMILE, Opera, or similar ERP software). 

- High level of integrity, honesty, and the ability to work under high pressure during the pre-opening phase.

- Demonstrate a strong results-oriented mindset, with proven leadership, team management, and people development skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic execution skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
