Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Hotel Events Standards for enquiries, hotel tours, event planning, confirmations, execution, and follow-up.
- Use event system accurately; maintain complete records as per Hotel policies.
- Plan and execute events after contract and deposit are confirmed; handle last-minute leads when required.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain professional communication.
- Meet group revenue targets, assist with budget updates, and maximize revenue through cross-selling and up-selling

- College/University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under sales pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
