Compensation and Benefit Executive

• Performing timekeeping and implementing labor regulations on working hours of all employees. Manage the leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other regimes according to the rules and regulations of the corporation.
• Supporting HRS in salary calculation and PIT finalization. Organize, store, arrange, update and preserve salary records, decisions, other relevant documents.
• Monitor and update data on increase and decrease of social insurance and compare with the social insurance agency monthly. Complete documents and procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate and direct the social insurance and health insurance regimes in accordance with regulations.
• Proposing to develop policies, welfare regimes, policies on salary, reward, regulations and regulations for the HRM.
• Monitor the validity of current work permits applying for extensions, renewals or submitting new applications as required in a timely manner.
• Liaise closely with the Finance department for the monthly insurance and payroll to ensure that the payment is on time.
• Maintain comprehensive records for each employee at the golf club containing their contact details, attendance record, training received, salary and level, annual leave entitlement, and performance review.
• Working with Cadena and department heads for checking and maintaining the system to ensure that it can run well and effectively.
• Supporting to organize the monthly and yearly staff activities.
• To comply with all standards of performance, behaviour, and operational policies and procedures in place at the golf club at all times.
• Participates in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broadens the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community.
• Performs other relevant duties as directed by the HR Manager.

• Graduate qualification from university.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a compensation and benefit executive or equivalent position.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and other laws related to salary, benefits, social insurance, PIT, documents and procedures for foreigners.
• Understanding the training process.
• Ability to offer impartial advice to employees and Department Heads related to their work performance.
• Ability to relate to individuals from different backgrounds and of different abilities in a reasonable and even handed manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, accounting applications and database management software.
