E-Commerce Manager

- Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement

- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions

- Oversee inventory management, working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions

- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

- Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new solutions as appropriate

- Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and value

- Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations and best practices in the Vietnamese market

- Two-month probation period with full salary

- Major: Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Economics , Marketing

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in 4-5 star hotels/restaurants.

- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hotel, restaurant operations, and hotel business activities.

- Leadership skills: Good leadership and team management skills.

- Skills: Good negotiation and communication skills, strong planning and organizing skills, coaching and employee development skills.

- Computer skills: Proficient in using office software applications.

- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
