Revenue Analyst

- Support the hotel’s revenue management strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring.

- Analyze business trends and provide insights to optimize revenue across all segments.

- Assist in pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand planning.

- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to drive commercial performance.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across revenue systems and reporting tools.

- Prepare regular reports and provide analytical support to the Management and Executive Committee.

- Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to maximize profitability and market share.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism while contributing to a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Two-month probation period with full salary

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Analyst, Reservations, or Data Analysis within the hospitality industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Good understanding of revenue management concepts (ADR, RevPAR, forecasting, pricing strategies).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with PMS, RMS, and distribution systems is an advantage.

- Familiarity with market intelligence tools (STR, OTA platforms, etc.) is preferred.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
