Cluster Laundry Manager

• Manage daily processing of guest laundry, hotel linen, uniforms and other laundry requirements.

• Establish and maintain quality standards for washing, drying, pressing, finishing, sorting and distribution.

• Lead, train, coach and develop the Laundry team to achieve productivity and service standards.

• Monitor laundry quality, production volume, turnaround time and equipment performance.

• Manage linen and uniform inventory, par levels, loss, damage and replacement in coordination with Housekeeping.

• Control the use of laundry chemicals, water, energy and other operational supplies to minimize costs and waste.

• Ensure all Laundry operations comply with IHG standards, health & safety and environmental requirements.

• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth linen and uniform flow.

• Monitor preventive maintenance of laundry equipment and coordinate with Engineering on technical issues.

• Maintain proper records, reports, SOPs and operational controls for the Laundry department.

• Support pre-opening activities, including laundry equipment setup, testing, SOP implementation, par stock planning, recruitment, training and operational readiness.

• Minimum 5–7 years of Laundry experience in international hotels/resorts.

• Previous experience as Laundry Manager / Cluster Laundry Manager is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of commercial laundry operations, linen management and chemical handling.

• Strong leadership, organizational and cost-control skills.

• Good understanding of laundry equipment and preventive maintenance.

• Good command of English.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Pre-opening / cluster experience is highly preferred.
