Director of Banquet Operations – Cluster

• Lead and oversee all Banquet Operations across the cluster, ensuring seamless and high-quality event execution.

• Develop and implement banquet strategies, operating standards and service procedures in line with IHG & Holiday Inn standards.

• Manage banquets, conferences, weddings, MICE, corporate events and other large-scale functions across the cluster.

• Lead, coach and develop the Banquet team, ensuring high standards of service, productivity and guest engagement.

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, F&B, Kitchen and other departments to ensure successful planning and execution of events.

• Review banquet event orders (BEOs), event requirements, timelines, setups and operational details to ensure accurate execution.

• Monitor guest feedback, event quality and service standards, taking prompt corrective action when required.

• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, equipment and operational resources to support business needs.

• Minimum 7–10 years of Banquet/F&B experience in international hotels/resorts.

• Previous experience as Director of Banquet Operations / Banquet Manager in a large-scale property is preferred.

• Proven experience managing large-scale events, MICE, weddings and high-volume banquet operations.

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and event management skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage costs and operational resources.

• Excellent command of English.

• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards and hotel operations.

• Pre-opening / cluster experience is highly preferred.
