The Organizational Development & Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating organizational development, learning initiatives, quality improvement programs, and employee engagement activities to enhance workforce capability, strengthen service quality, promote a positive workplace culture, and support sustainable business growth.
1. Organizational Development & Talent Development
- Support the development and maintenance of competency frameworks for key positions and functions within the organization.
- Coordinate performance management and Individual Development Plan (IDP) processes.
- Work closely with department managers to identify development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Support talent development and career growth initiatives across departments.
- Assist in reviewing workforce capability gaps and proposing development actions.
- Participate in organizational improvement projects to enhance people and business effectiveness.
- Monitor employee development progress and provide related reports and recommendations.
2. Learning & Development
- Develop and coordinate annual training plans in alignment with business and departmental needs.
- Manage training budgets and ensure effective utilization of learning resources.
- Organize onboarding, orientation, and internal training programs for employees.
- Coordinate external training courses, workshops, and certification programs when required.
- Maintain training records, learning documentation, and employee training databases.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvement actions.
- Support the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
- Promote a continuous learning culture throughout the organization.
3. Quality Management & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and assessments across departments and operations.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, operational performance data, and quality indicators.
- Identify service gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Follow up corrective actions with relevant departments to ensure timely implementation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare quality performance reports and recommendations for management review.
- Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
4. Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Support internal communication programs and employee communication channels.
- Promote company values, culture, and desired behaviors across all departments.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze engagement feedback.
- Recommend improvement actions to strengthen employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Support employer branding activities that enhance the company's attractiveness as an employer.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify development and quality improvement needs.
- Coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and vendors when required.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations on training effectiveness, employee engagement, and quality performance.
- Support management in implementing people development and quality initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management Team.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Development, Quality Management, or related functions.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory, team-leading, or project coordination experience is preferred.
- Experience in designing or coordinating training and development programs.
- Experience in employee engagement, corporate culture, or quality improvement initiatives is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or service industries is preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms or learning technologies is an advantage.
- Fluent in English
