Mô tả công việc
As a Barista, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring each encounter brings guest satisfaction and a positive and excellent guest experience. As Barista, you would also be required to have extensive coffee knowledge of menu offerings.
What will I be doing?
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
- Prepares coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espresso, expresso lungo, latte, and cappuccino.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies for coffee bar.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or challenges
- Ensure coffee orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance of Hotel brand standards
- Comply with company security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Have knowledge on latest drinks trends.
- Have knowledge on competitor’s promotions and happenings.
- Confidently knowing the beverage menu contents and able to explain them in detail to guests.
- Confidently know opening hours of all restaurants and hotel outlets.
- Actively promote the services and facilities of Hilton hotels to guests and suppliers of the hotel.Recommend other restaurants and city attractions to hotel guests.
- Follow-up on any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your Manager.
- Ensure that all service procedures are carried out to the standards required.
- To perform any other duties as assigned

4/ Hỗ trợ di chuyển trọn gói: Hỗ trợ chi phí đi lại (vé máy bay hoặc tàu hỏa) khi nhận việc và các khoản trợ cấp cho những chuyến về thăm nhà khi đủ 1 năm làm việc.
5/ Trải nghiệm dịch vụ trong thời gian thử việc: Tặng 1 đêm nghỉ miễn phí dành cho 2 người (bao gồm bữa sáng) để bạn có cơ hội trải nghiệm dịch vụ khách sạn dưới góc độ của một vị khách.
6/ Lương tháng 13 và thưởng hiệu suất: Dựa trên thành tích công việc và kết quả kinh doanh chung của khách sạn.
7/ Tham gia vào Hệ thống tập đoàn Hilton - Nền tảng học trực tuyến Hilton University.
8/ Nhận nhiều cơ hội thăng tiến nội bộ - Định hướng phát triển nghề nghiệp và chuyên môn.
