Mô tả công việc

Manage and oversee all F&B operations, including Restaurants, Bars, and other dining services.

Ensure food quality, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction.

Manage F&B staff, including scheduling, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.

Control revenue, costs, inventory, and ensure efficient F&B operations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.

Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational safety, and Resort standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory position.

Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, inventory management, and service standards.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and make effective decisions.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong commitment to service excellence.
