Cluster Security & Risk Manager

• Lead security, safety and risk management operations across assigned properties.

• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, emergency response and crisis management plans in line with IHG standards.

• Conduct regular security and risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Oversee CCTV, access control, key control and other security systems.

• Lead investigations into security incidents, accidents, theft, loss and other irregularities.

• Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, evacuation drills and business continuity activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with police, fire authorities and relevant government agencies.

• Conduct security and emergency preparedness training for hotel colleagues.

• Lead, coach and develop the Security team to ensure professional standards and adequate property coverage.

• Prepare security, incident and risk management reports for management.

• Support security setup, procedures, systems and team development during the pre-opening phase.

• Ensure compliance with IHG standards, company policies and Vietnamese regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Security, Risk Management, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international hotel environment.

• Previous Security Manager / Cluster Security Manager experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, crisis management and emergency response.

• Good understanding of CCTV, access control and security systems.

• Strong leadership, investigation and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.

• High integrity, professionalism and ability to work under pressure.

• Proactive and adaptable to a pre-opening and multi-property environment.
