Mô tả công việc
- Lead and oversee all bar operations to deliver exceptional beverage experiences and service standards. / Lãnh đạo và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động của các quầy bar, đảm bảo trải nghiệm đồ uống và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ xuất sắc.
- Develop innovative beverage concepts, cocktail menus, and seasonal promotions. / Phát triển các ý tưởng đồ uống sáng tạo, thực đơn cocktail và chương trình theo mùa.
- Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and service across all bar outlets. / Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, cách trình bày và dịch vụ được duy trì nhất quán tại tất cả các quầy bar.
- Manage beverage costs, inventory, and operational performance to achieve business targets. / Quản lý chi phí đồ uống, hàng tồn kho và hiệu quả vận hành nhằm đạt các mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Lead, train, and develop the bar team to maintain high service and beverage standards. / Lãnh đạo, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Bar nhằm duy trì tiêu chuẩn cao về đồ uống và dịch vụ.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, food safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. / Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách của khách sạn, tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu, quy định về an toàn thực phẩm và phục vụ đồ uống có trách nhiệm.
- Drive innovation and continuously enhance the overall bar experience. / Thúc đẩy sự đổi mới và không ngừng nâng cao trải nghiệm tổng thể tại các quầy bar.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field. / Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc có bằng cấp chuyên ngành Quản trị Khách sạn, Ẩm thực & Đồ uống hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in bar operations, including leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end bars. / Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực vận hành Bar, bao gồm kinh nghiệm quản lý tại khách sạn, khu nghỉ dưỡng hoặc các quầy bar cao cấp.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and current beverage trends. / Am hiểu sâu về cocktail, rượu mạnh, rượu vang và các xu hướng đồ uống hiện nay.
- Strong leadership, creativity, communication, and financial management skills. / Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, sáng tạo, giao tiếp và quản lý tài chính tốt.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. / Thành thạo tiếng Anh; biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác là một lợi thế.
